Fender Deluxe 5 String 1998, Sunburst

This 1998 Fender Deluxe 5-String banjo combines traditional banjo construction with Fender's own take on the instrument. The five-string neck features a rosewood fingerboard with traditional inlay work, while the resonator and metal hardware give the banjo a substantial presence. Its flathead tone ring provides the strong, focused response expected from a bluegrass-oriented banjo, with the resonator design adding projection and volume. Finished in Silver, this is an interesting late-'90s Fender banjo with a distinctive look and plenty of traditional character.Includes non-original hard shell case.
