Description
With the popularity of microtonal and Fretless instruments growing, this one is cool to see come in to the shop! It is an Eastwood Sidejack Bass VI that has been converted to Fretless. The original frets were removed and replaced with white markers in their place and finished over with the edition of side line markers for easier visibility. The guitar remains original otherwise and sounds quite unique. It is currently strung baritone (B standard) with flats as not to damage the board. The result is a very soulful and emotive instrument that has tones reminiscent of a rubber bridge guitar with more sustain. It plays comfortably and more intuitively than you’d expect! It is in good condition with some light dings and scratches throughout.
